Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's Day to my wonderful Dad! I love him so much... and I am so glad that I was blessed with a dad that always came to our games, performances, and supported us in anything we were doing. He has always made me feel so special and I love him so much for everything he's ever done for me! He is such an amazing Grandpa, and will always take the girls on walks or anything else to keep them entertained so that us ladies can visit! lol. I love you Dad!

Happy Father's Day to my wonderful Husband also. He is such a great dad, and Alexis just loves him to pieces. From the day Alexis was born Jonathon has been so invloved. He changed diapers.. got up with her in the middle of the night.. took care of her when she was sick.. gave her baths.. and anything else that was ever needed. I feel so blessed that Jonathon has always been a dad that makes sure to give Lexi lots of hugs and kisses and a whole lot of attention. She has him wrapped around her little finger :)

Elko Nevada...

Alexis and I came to Elko NV. with Jonathon this time. We left Utah on Wed. and will be here till Wed. I was a little bit worried about leaving my home, dogs, and flowers for a whole week. Jonathon's dad is still living with us so he will be taking care of the dogs and rats.. I didn't really care at all about leaving the rats... lol :) Anyways we weren't able to come before because of my work schedule at Dry Creek. Well they've been really great and let me switch my schedule to where I will only work when Jonathon is home. So I get a whole week off!! And then I'll work the days I'm home. That way Alexis never has to go to a babysitter.. (even though we have been very lucky to be able to always have her stay with family.) She was very ready to just be with her Mom all day! Today she said "Mom, do you not work anymore?" I told her not really.. So I'll have the week off and we'll probably come to Elko with Jonathon as much as possible.. Or we'll stay home and have a whole week of playtime! Jonathon was really worried that we'd come to Elko and be miserable.. but so far we've been able to keep ourselves entertained while Jonathon is working. We are staying in a hotel.. which Alexis just thinks is so much fun!! She thinks she is on vacation :) Every morning after we've showered and gotten dressed.. Alexis and I have walked to the McDonald's down the street for her to get a small fry and play in the play place. We try and stay there for a while so that Jonathon can get some sleep (he is working nights right now) then we walk to the park! Yesterday we went swimming and Alexis had a great time! It still stinks that Jonathon has to come here for a week and then drive home and only be there for a week and do it all over again.. but we've been very blessed to have this job! And Jonathon has the whole week at home to get the Pest Control business going.. so that is a blessing in itself!

Carnival and a fun weekend!

This Past weekend was a lot of fun! My family came up on Friday and stayed the night at our house. The boys went and saw a movie and the girls stayed home and visited.. and had some yummy treats! The next day we went to the Orem Summerfest Carnival and had a great time! One of the only rides Alexis did was the Fun Slide. She went on that like 10 times I swear. Some of Jonathon's family was also there... It was so much fun to be at a Carnival and see the parade :) We stayed there pretty late and then went and stayed the night at Kelly's house. The next morning we visited a little longer... and then went to Jonathon's moms house for dinner. I was sad to say goodbye to my Mom, Dad, and Derek :( But happy that they could come spend some time with us! Last night we went to a park near Jonathon's moms house and played volleyball with his family! It was a lot of fun!! These are the only two pic's of the carnival I got because I forgot my camera... so I just took them with my phone. Oh well...

My little Lexi is gonna be 4 next month... I cannot believe it. I'm a little sad that my little monkey is getting so big :( I gotta start thinking of fun b-day party activities again.. I swear we just did this!!

It's official!! Jonathon and Chad (Kelly's husband) have started their Pest Control Company. Precision Pest Control is up and running and we couldn't be more excited! Jonathon and Chad have been wanting to start a Pest Control company for a while now.... and are both very excited to let their families and friends know! We offer Friends and Family rates that you aren't going to find anywhere else!! Both Jonathon and Chad have worked doing Pest Control for several years and have a lot of experience :) They have both worked for several different companies as well.. and they know what works and what doesn't work. They can answer any questions you have and will take the time to make sure you are getting a service that you just won't find with any other company. They know how technicians are when they are just doing their job.. they don't take their time and honestly they'll find ways to speed up the process so that they can move on to the next house on their list... You don't want to pay for Pest Control service without making sure the technician is going to take his/her time to get the job done right! We have a lot of friends and family up here.. and even if you aren't interested it would be so great if you could let your friends and family know!!! We just want to get our name out there and hope that you all will help us out!! The Standard Pest services that you will automatically get will include

Grandma and Grandpa Carter were taking care of Chris and Summers puppies while they were out of town. Alexis always wanted to go over and see them! They are so cute :) But they all had to go back home.. I think Grandpa Carter decided to keep one.. so Alexis is pretty happy about that!

Silly Lexi :)

I went upstairs for about 10 mins the other day.. And when I came back down.. this is what I found. Alexis had made herself a bed under the table.. I'm not sure why.. but she did and I found her fast asleep! It is amazing the kinds of places kids find comfortable enough to take a nap in. She cracks me up sometimes!

Pretty flowers!

I love all the pretty flowers in the summertime! I made me what I think is a very beautiful flower arrangement the other day! I also planted a few flowers in front of our house..

Bike riding :)

This is what Alexis does every single day.. most of the day! She loves loves riding her bike. She is getting very brave on that thing also. Every morning right when she wakes up she asks me if we can go outside and ride her bike.. She is so silly! But I'm glad it is getting some use. She got it from her Grandma Celena for her b-day last year... and just started really wanting to ride it a couple of weeks ago. Now she never wants to get off!

Fishing!

We went to Monticello the next day after camping at The Falls. We went fishing and ate them! I hadn't had fish (that we caught) in such a long time... and I was very excited to eat them! In Monticello we ate more yummy food... went down and put flowers on my grandpa Mike's headstone.. hung out and visited and just had fun being home :)

Memorial Weekend!

So my mom and Kelly both have already posted about Memorial weekend on their blogs and a lot of these pics are the same ones.. but I wanted to post about it too just so I had it on here! Memorial weekend was so much fun! We went camping out at the falls :) Jonathon and Derek rode their bikes a lot and we went on a couple fun 4-wheeler rides. We took our dogs and they had a blast :) Kelly and Nicole rode down with us.. and Nicole seemed to enjoy camping. We ate lots of yummy food and had a great time with the family. Grandma Josie even came!

Jonathon and Alexis spent about an hour playing with this giant box one day :) It is so funny what can be entertaining!
