Alexis looked so stinkin cute yesterday.. so I took a whole bunch of pics! She is so funny.. and always wants to try different poses :) I love taking pic's of her.. she is growing up way to fast, so I have to really cherish every little stage! I love you Monkey :)

Swimming at the Legacy Center!

Alexis has been begging us to take her swimming for a while now... She always aks if we can go to the Lake.. We let her know that the water is freezing, but she insists that it's not and that we need to go. So we took her to the Lehi Legacy Center the other night.. and she had so much fun! She can actually swim by herself (with her lifejacket of course.) She was so cute.. and she did not want to leave. We'll have to go again soon!

Our Weekend :)

It seems so crazy that it is already Sunday again.. The weeks just fly by. On Friday my Mom, Ami, Sam, and Derek came up here... I got to visit with them for a few hours, and then Jonathon and I went out for Chris' B-day. We went to dinner with friends, and then went to a Black Tie dance party :) It was a lot of fun! I haven't been dancing in such a long time.. it sure is a workout! It was really fun, and there were so many people. My mom watched Alexis for us, which was really nice of her..
On Saturday we all woke up and got ready to go snowboarding (that is what Derek wanted to do for his B-day). It was so much fun!!! I actually do a pretty good job, but my legs start to burn so bad.. And this time amazingly enough, I only fell getting off the lift once :) Much better than the first couple of times I've gone. Ami and Sam went as well, and it was Ami's first time at a ski resort. She did such a good job :) She was even flying past me! We got there at around 3:00 pm. and left at 8:00 pm. I didn't take my camera :( I wish I would have... anyways we all had a really good time!
Today after church we visited with my mom for a little bit, and then they left around 3:00. Jonathon, Alexis, and I are just getting ready to watch movies, make dinner, and relax together :) I love Sundays!
This week honestly just flew by... it is just so crazy to me. I'm sure this week will also fly by and before we know it the snow will be melted and it will be Summer!
I am so PROUD of Alexis! She went to Sunbeams today for her very first time (we've been sick the last couple of weeks) and so she didn't get to go.. I was really worried that she wouldn't stay without Jonathon or I, but sure enough.. she went in and stayed like a big girl :) I love her so much, and I am so so proud of her every single day! She is the cutest :)

Our Weekend...

Well this weekend has been a lot of fun :) On Friday night Chris and Summer came over and brought their cute kiddos (including newest cutie, Preston.) We ate yummy enchiladas that Jonathon made, and then watched "New Moon." Chris hadn't ever seen it, and Jonathon has it downloaded on his PS3. The kids had a great time playing and we had a good time visiting. Last night we went to Applebees with Clayton, Valorie, Keri, Steve, and Alisha. I had a gift card that I got for X-mas from my boss, so we decided to go out to dinner. After that we went to Clayton's and watched a movie. We didn't get home till 2:30 am. and we now have 9:00 am. church so we were very tired....

Church was good, the nursery now has the newest 18 month olds.. and we have about 12 kids now. But I am all by myself right now, because the lady that was doing it with me decided that she was too busy. There are even a couple 16 month old kids that have been coming because their parents want them to get used to it.. I really enjoy my calling, but I am exhausted after church. It is a lot of work.. especially being by myself. They are supposed to be getting someone else in there with me. My little Alexis is now in Sunbeams but she hasn't gotten to go yet, because last week I was very sick, and this week Jonathon wasn't feeling well so I just had her stay home with him. I can't believe she is old enough to be in the Sunbeams :( She is just growing way to fast...

I still can't believe that it is 2010. It seems like 2009 just flew by, and in a way I'm kind of okay with it. 2009 was a little bit of a struggle for everyone I think.. with the economy and all. I just hope that the economy gets better this year. Anyways I just wanted to hurry and post about our weekend.....

X-mas day was alot of fun! All the grandkids got a lot of great gifts!! And we all had a great time watching them open all their presents!

Sledding on Christmas Eve!

We spent X-mas in Monticello this year! On X-mas Eve the whole family went out to the farm to do some sledding... It was a very very cold day, but it was still a lot of fun! At first Alexis didn't want to get out of the truck because it was freezing, but eventually she got out and had a great time with Sorcia and Izzy!
