Day 3 - CABO SAN LUCAS!

Day 3 and 4 were spent in Cabo San Lucas!!! It was just as beautiful as I remembered. Maybe a little more! Last time we went to Cabo we went snorkeling. This time we went to the beach and just relaxed and hung out! We rented a wave runner and it was so neat to be able to get right up to Lover's Beach and stuff! It was such a beautiful day :) If you've never been there.. it is definitely a place to go!

Jonathon wanted to find this place... "Cabo Wabo." I guess it's a pretty popular spot with celebrities. It was cool to go look at for sure!

This guy would say "Smile Mickey Mouse" to this Iguana and the Iguana would open it's mouth like that! LOL!

The beach was beautiful!

Jonathon on the wave runner! We had such a relaxing, fun day in Cabo! Can't wait to go again :)

The start of our week long CRUISE! Sept 25 & 26

After Clayton and Chelsea's wedding on Sept. 24th, Jonathon and I went and had dinner with my whole family at Red Lobster in Provo. We then headed out on the 10 hour drive to Long Beach, CA. We didn't leave Utah until around 9:30 p.m. and we got to Long Beach around 7:00 a.m. It wasn't too bad of a drive and seemed to go pretty quickly. It was nice not having to travel with kids.. LOL! We drove around Long Beach that morning to just look around, then headed over to the marina.

Long Beach, CA.

One of the pools on our ship. In the very back.

The "Queen Mary" in Long Beach.

The first of many many meals... LOL!

Day 1 and 2 were Sea Days! It was SO nice to just relax and hang out by the pool!!

Clayton gets married! 9/24/11

Jonathon's friend Clayton got married on Sept. 24th! Jonathon has known Clayton for a very long time.. and I actually met Jonathon through Clayton :) We've all wondered for a very long time if Clayton would ever get married. I'm very happy that he FINALLY found his sweetheart! We only got to go to their ceremony because we left for Long Beach, CA. that night. I didn't think to take my camera into the ceremony.. so I stole this picture off of Chelsea's facebook.. LOL! Anyways CONGRATS to Mr. and Mrs. P. Clatyon Wolf.

Circus! 9/23/11

We took the girls to the Circus in Salt Lake on Sept. 23! Alexis LOVED it :) Kinleigh on the other hand was bored after the first 5 minutes.. LOL! I thought it was great! Neither Jonathon or I had ever been to the circus so it was fun :) Ami also came up and took Sorcia and Izzy while my mom watched Havyn :)

Football!

We've tried to make it to all of Sterling's football games this year and its been lots of fun! Sterling is in 8th grade this year, and both Alexis and Kinleigh enjoy going to watch his games :)

10 years...

I can't believe it's been ten years since that horrible, tragic day. I remember watching the news before school started. At that time only the North tower had been hit. I remember watching the news at school as well.. and the teacher telling us that we needed to write in our journals about what was happening. At the time I was 15 years old and really didn't comprehend the devastation. I quickly wrote about 4 sentences and left it at that. Now that I'm older watching it replay on the news or different T.V. programs brings me to tears. I still can't believe how many lives were lost. How many Fathers, Mothers, Sisters, Brothers, Sons, Daughters, Uncles, Aunts, Grandchildren, and friends did not go home that night. It is so heartbreaking to hear loved ones tell the stories of saying goodbye one last time.

We will NEVER forget......

Playing with Daddy!

During Alexis' riding lessons last week.. Jonathon was playing around with Kinleigh, trying to keep her entertained! She sure is a monkey :) Hanging upside down...

Feet over head...

Lots and lots of kisses... she is VERY ticklish :)

SOOOO cute!!! She loves her Daddy!

Alexis in Tumbling!

Alexis is absolutely LOVING her tumbling, gymnastics, and riding lessons. This is her Tumbling class. She gets SO excited to go.. and she really does get better every week. Her cartwheels have really improved, considering she didn't know how to do one before she started! I'm so proud of her! She is so fun to watch :)

So.. last week Alexis comes running in the house and says "Mom, you have to come see this snake!" For some reason I thought she was just playing pretend.. and saw like a stick or something. I was getting ready at the time so I told her I'd come out in a minute. She kept coming in every couple of minutes saying "Mom, come look it's a snake!" She kept saying "It is SO gross!" So I finally went outside and thought she was going to just show me a stick. Well right when I walked out the neighbor says "Hey, do you want a new pet?" So my little Lexi was telling the truth and there really was a snake across the street in the neighbors flowerbed. I told Alexis I thought she was just playing and she says.. "Mom, I do not lie." ha ha.

Kinleigh Rose!

My cute little monkey is growing WAY too fast :( She has been trying to crawl the last couple of weeks and finally figured it out on Sept. 8th. The day she turned 7 months old. She'll go a little ways then stop.. or her arms will give out on her. I'm so proud of her! I sure do wish she'd stay little longer though...

These were taken before church last Sunday :) She is so cute!

Sept. 2, 2011. Lexi's First day of School!

Well my little Lexi started school on Sept. 2. She was SO excited to go! Her class doesn't start till 12:30... so all morning she kept asking me if it was time to go yet. She wasn't afraid at all :) When I picked her up she came running to me and said "That school is SO much fun!" I'm so glad that so far she is really enjoying it! Her teacher is great and there are a few kids from our Ward in her class. Her teachers name is Carrie. When she first heard that she said "Mom, like Aunt Keri's name!" LOL!

She is too stinkin cute!! I love you Lex :)
