Really?

Okay so I know that you get blisters from shoveling snow, or racking leaves, ya know hard labor stuff.. But I never knew that you could get blisters from VACUUMING.. yes I said VACUUMING.. I don't know if I mentioned this earlier but our house is 4,180 square ft. And probably 3,800 is carpet.. WHITE carpet at that.. It seriously takes me about 2 hours to vacuum my whole house.. It is INSANE... I am a clean freak, and since we moved in, I've probably only vacuumed 3 times.. At our old place I vacuumed every other day.. It is so hard to be a clean freak with this house.. Jonathon thinks I'm hilarious, because I'll start cleaning, and he'll say "what could you possibly clean.. It's already spotless" but I feel like it is not.. I know, I think I have serious issues. But I don't know how long I'll be a true clean freak with this house.. I really do have blisters.. It is kind of funny, but really strange. Our vacuum gets clogged about every 5 minutes.. New carpet is pretty annoying, but I guess I can't complain.. the blisters are worth it! We really enjoy all the space :) When my family comes up, they all get their own rooms! It is fun :)

Erwin and Marie said...: I tell you the more kids that come the less cleaning you can do. U get to a point where u realize, it is a waste to get consumed by cleaning your house, life is too short.
