Husband Tag!!

So I read this on my little sisters blog and thought it would be so fun to do!! Sorry Kelly I copied you... But it was to cute.. So I thought I'd talk about Jonathon!!


1. What is his name? Jonathon David Strickland

2. Who eats more? Jonathon definately eats more.. He's always eating.. But he has like the number 1 fastest metabolism in the world...

3. Who said "I love you" first? Jonathon took me to Oregon for the 4th of July, 2005.. We were walking along the Oregon Coast.. The moon was so bright that night.. He gave me a hug and told me he loved me.. It was perfect!!

4. Who is taller? Jonathon is a lot taller than me.. I'm 5'3 and he's 6'2!!

5. Who is smarter? We both have our strong points.. Jonathon is way better at math than I am.. I hate math.. I'm better at reading, writing, and computer stuff! But street smarts, Jonathon has me beat!!

6. Who is more sensative? I would probably say we are equally sensitive.. When we fight we both say sorry about 5 mins later.. We both get really upset if we start going to bed angry and almost always make sure to apologize to one another..

7. Who does the laundry? I do it the majority of the time... the good thing about Jonathon is that he's pretty much been on his own since he was like 17.. So he's always cooked, cleaned, and helped with laundry.. If he wants something washed right away, he'll do it..

8. Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? Jonathon does....

9. Who pays the bills? I do the majority of them.. But alot of the time we'll sit down and do them together..

10. Who cooks more? When we were dating.. And for about the first 2 years of our marriage Jonathon would do the majority of the cooking.. He is an awesome cook, and loves to do it! He'd always make me the best meals!! I was pretty spoiled.. But since getting the mining job his days are so long that I always make sure to have dinner on the table when he gets home! He'll still cook sometimes though!! When we are on his week off he cooks almost every day!

11. Who is more stubborn? I am definately way more stubborn.. I don't think Jonathon has a stubborn side.. Even if I am the one that started the fight or argument.. He'll usually always say sorry for whatever I "think" he did wrong.. Just so that we won't fight.. And 99% of the time I start the arguments.. So he's very patient..

13. Who has more siblings? Jonathon has 2 younger brothers and 3 younger sisters.. I have 3 sisters and 1 brother..

14. Who wears the pants in the family? I do.. I am so bossy.. It's horrible.. Poor Jonathon.. He's always doing things he probably doesn't want to do just to make me happy...

15. What do you like to do together? We love doing anything outdoors.. Jonathon loves to ride his dirt bike and usually I'll follow behind on the 4-wheeler.. We love to camp and fish!! We also love to just cuddle on the couch and watch a movie.. When asking Jonathon on this one he says "sex".. What a guy...

16. Who eats more sweets? Well I probably like sweets more.. But Jonathon eats more, just because he could eat as much garbage as he wanted and gain like a pound.. Me on the other hand... Well all girls will understand..

17. How did you meet? We met on June 4, 2005.. I actually met one of his best friends 3 months prior at a dance and we exchanged numbers.. We never hung-out though . Well one night he called and asked if I wanted to go to a bonfire.. He told me he had a friend, and asked if I'd bring a friend.. I ended up bringing my little sister Keri.. So we got in the car with this guy and met up with his friends at a convienent store in Orem.. Jonathon got out of the car and came over to say hi! I thought he was so cute... and was a little disappointed that I wasn't on the date with him.. Well Keri thought that my date was cuter... and so we just kind of "switched" I guess you could say.. It's funny because Jonathon says he thought I was cuter and his friend thought Keri was cuter.. So it totally just worked out that way.. Me and Jonathon talked all night about anything and everything.. And spent every single day together after that..

18. First kiss? Our first kiss was the night we met.. It's funny because we walked up to this waterfall by where we had the bonfire.. And I could tell he was gonna try and kiss me.. But I was nervous and turned away.. Well when we got back to the car I was sitting inside and he was standing outside the door.. We were talking and he said something to the extent of "I hate when girls don't know how to kiss." Or something.. So then I was even more nervous.. but I let him kiss me.. And afterwards asked if I was one of those crappy kissers he hated.. I'm guessing he didn't think so.. Or I don't think he would've kissed me again!!

19. What is his best feature? All his features are great!! I don't think I could pick a favorite..

21. What is his best quality? He is such a sweetheart.. He'll do almost anything I ask him to do.. Even if it's changing a stinky diaper...
