Small Journal entry :)

Today was such a fun day.. I got off work at about 12:30, and ran a few errands.. When I got home it was so hot outside that I had Alexis go get her swim suit on and filled up her little pool! A few minutes later we had 3 little neighbor girls come with their swimming suits :) They were all having a lot of fun, and Jonathon had fun spraying them all with the water! Then they played Tee Ball for a while, and all had a blast chasing the balls! We decided to just go to Lehi and go swimming at the pool as a family.. So the 3 of us went :) Alexis swam all by herself for the first time!! She did so good.. and she really had such a good time. She loves to swim, almost as much as I do :) Afterwards we just came home and played, read books, played dress up (She got dress up outfits for her b-day that she just loves.) Then it was bath and relaxing time!!
Every now and then I get into this mood, of getting all my old journals out and pictures.. I realized that I hadn't written in my journal since Oct. 2008.. That is a LONG time.. Just as I was about to get really mad at myself for letting that much time go by.. I remembered that my blog is pretty much my journal now.. So I'm sorry if some posts are really boring, and don't come with pictures.. But I have to make sure I write down little things like Alexis swimming by herself today.. I've always really enjoyed being able to read my old journals and remember all the funny, crazy times in my life :) And it is so fun to look back on my blog, even just a few months ago to see what we did that day!
