Kids...

So.. the other night when we were at our house in Saratoga Springs.. Alexis wasn't being a very good listener for Jonathon. I wasn't outside.. but I guess he was telling her not to run in the grass because it was wet from the sprinklers. Well Alexis wanted to chase the dogs.. so she kept going on the grass. So Jonathon went to pick her up and set her on the sidewalk. Her feet slipped because they were wet.. and she fell right on her face. Her chin got split open and it looked so bad at first. We were going to take her to the hospital to get stitches.. but Jonathon's dad said that we could take care of it will some peroxide and bandaides and get it closed up. So I listened to him. So far it seems to be healing very well. And she won't have to have a scar from stitches. She was very brave.. and she shows everyone her battle wound! It's her first major boo boo. I'm just glad that Jonathon was there.. I get very freaked out when I see blood especially on my child.
