Well we had another fun filled week here in Monticello! We've been trying to get out and go fishing whenever the weather is nice. Jonathon and Derek have been out to the farm working on their dirt bike track.. and I've been relaxing and just having a good time. On Friday one of my best friends from high school Jackie (Eldredge) Banks came over and visited with me all day! It was so much fun to just chat for hours and hours and neither of us were in any hurry to have to be somewhere. Her little boy is getting so big and it was just so fun to hang out with her! That night she came with my family to the Blue Mountain Round Up Rodeo that they do every year during the fair :) On Saturday I went with my parents, Ami, Sam, and their girls on a long day trip to Colorado! The drive was absolutely beautiful!! I wasn't going to go, but I'm so glad I did. We stopped in Telluride, Ouray, and Silverton CO. Telluride was very neat to look at! And I loved loved Ouray! I would love living down in that valley with the beautiful mountains and trees surrounding you :) I just thought it was gorgeous :) We also stopped in Silverton and saw a gun fight on the Notorious Blair Street! That was interesting. We then came home through Durango and Cortez. In all we were gone from 10 am. to 10 pm. :) What a neat drive that is! And I would love to go back to Ouray and swim at the hot springs swimming pool they have there!

Yesterday was a great Sunday as well! Alexis is already getting used to her new primary class :) And she made it all the way till the last 10 minutes of church and got sad and told her teacher she wanted me. But I'm proud of her for being so brave.. and making new friends!
