Quick Update

I am now 35 weeks along! As it gets closer it seems like time is going by more slowly. I'm getting so dang anxious.. and just can't wait for Kinleigh to get here. I know I will miss my belly though.

Jonathon headed down to Arizona on Sunday afternoon with his good friend Clayton. They had a heck of a ride down there. When they were about 2 hours from their destination Clayton's car broke down. They had to wait about 2 hours for a tow truck to come get them. They later found out that it was the alternator that went out. So most of their weekend was spent getting Clayton's car fixed. They were supposed to take our car, but Clayton had to bring Kricket along.. and there was no way I was going to let the dog ride in our car. So anyways.. Jonathon was a little bummed that they missed almost all of the Tailgate parties and things going on, while waitng for Clay's car to get fixed. They made it to the game though and Jonathon said it was amazing! The Ducks ended up losing by a field goal :( I watched the whole game on t.v. and it was very exciting. Too bad they Ducks didn't win. Jonathon and Clayton are on their way home today.. and I hope Clay's car will make it this time. Jonathon said the weather was beautiful and I know that he had a blast at the game! He said he took lots of pictures of their trip.. so I'll post them when he gets home and I get around to it.

On a sad note... We gave Gibson and Jade away :( We've had those dogs for over a year.. and Jonathon loved them. About 2 weeks ago Jonathon mentioned that he was going to try and sell them, because he hated that they were outside all the time in this freezing weather.. and that he didn't get to play with them much, because of work and stuff. We had them in my Grandma Josies backyard.. and Jonathon tried to go over and see them as much as possible, but it has just been way to cold here. And then we started thinking about where they'd go when we move back up north and might have to rent somewhere. Most places will not allow dogs.. especially two big dogs. So we put them on KSL and got a lot of people that were interested in Gibson. Jonathon didn't want to separate the dogs though because they've never been apart. So we found a nice guy from Cortez that wanted both of them. I'm sure it was very hard for Jonathon to see them go. He really loved those dogs. I hope that someday soon we'll have a place of our own with a nice backyard that we can keep dogs in..

Alexis had school this morning and she seems to still be loving it!! I'm glad that it is something that she really enjoys going to :)
